Who We Are

Primary Plus Events Pvt. Ltd. is the India-based publisher of Primary Plus Magazine and Primaryplus.com & Schoolbuzz.com. Primary Plus Events Pvt. Ltd. is also the publisher of educational magazines, digital learning resources, and other educational platforms focused on promoting reading habits and meaningful learning among children.

Acceptance of Terms

Each time that you access or use our Sites or Services you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms you must discontinue using the Sites and Services.

By accessing or using the Sites or Services you consent to having this agreement provided to you in electronic form and receiving communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by postal mail, e-mail or by posting notices on the Sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing, including renewal notices and notices about your subscription or account.

 

ACCOUNT AND CONTACT INFORMATION

You do not need to make a purchase in order to access and browse some sections of the Sites or Services, but you may not be able to access all of the features of the Sites or Services unless you make a purchase and create an account. If you are browsing the Sites or Services and have not yet created an account or made a purchase your use of the Site or Services will still be subject to these Terms.

 

You can purchase a subscription and create an account by submitting the information required (“Primary Plus Account”). You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your PP Account up-to-date at all times. Any falsification of any information whatsoever may, at PP’s option, result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Services.

 

If you use our Services you are responsible for restricting access to your PP Account and ensuring that your computer and mobile device are free from all types of malicious content, including content that may track any data you enter via the Services. Your login ID email address (or other unique identifier needed to create an account) and password, together with any mobile number or other contact information you provide, form your “Account Information.” You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and other Account Information, and that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your PP Account. You further agree to notify Primary Plus immediately of any unauthorized access to your PP Account or unauthorized use of your Account Information or any other security breach by emailing us at info@primaryplus.org

 

Subscription Confirmation

  • Upon successful registration and payment, subscribers will receive a confirmation via email.
  • The subscription will commence from the month specified at the time of enrollment and remain valid for the selected subscription period. 

Magazine Dispatch & Delivery

  • Magazines are dispatched on a monthly basis through courier, post, or school distribution channels.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners.
  • Primary Plus shall not be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address & Contact Information

  • Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • Any changes in address, contact number, or school details must be communicated at least 30 days in advance to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
  • Primary Plus will not be liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated information provided by the subscriber.

 

Missing or Damaged Copies

  • In case a magazine issue is not received or is received in a damaged condition, the subscriber must notify by mail at info@primaryplus.org within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Verified cases may be eligible for a replacement copy, subject to stock availability.

Gifts & Promotional Offers

  • Subscribers enrolling for a new Annual Subscription or renewing an existing Annual Subscription may receive a complimentary subscription gift, subject to the applicable offer at the time of subscription or renewal. 
  • In the event of unavailability, Primary Plus reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value.
  • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and processing has commenced.
  • In case of subscription cancellation, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of undelivered magazine issues. The refund will be processed to the subscriber’s bank account or UPI account. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@primaryplus.org 

Renewal of Subscription

  • Subscribers may renew their subscription before expiry to ensure continuity of service.
  • Renewal reminders may be communicated via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through participating schools.

Use of Content

  • All content published in Primary Plus Magazine, including articles, illustrations, activities, and designs, is protected by copyright laws.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Primary Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from subscription or delivery-related issues.

 

Amendments

Primary Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available through official communication channels.
