Subscribers may request cancellation of their Primary Plus Magazine subscription at any time by sending an email to info@primaryplus.org from their registered email address.

Cancellation requests will be processed upon verification of subscriber details. Once a cancellation request has been approved, no further magazine issues will be dispatched under the subscription.

Primary Plus reserves the right to verify subscriber information before processing any cancellation request.

Any complimentary gifts provided as part of the subscription offer may not be eligible for return and may be considered while processing cancellation requests.
