REFUND POLICY

In the event of subscription cancellation, subscribers may be eligible for a refund for the undelivered portion of their subscription.

The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the number of magazine issues that have not yet been dispatched or delivered. No refund will be provided for issues that have already been dispatched.

Approved refunds will be processed to the subscriber’s bank account or UPI account after verification and approval of the cancellation request.

To request a refund, subscribers must submit their cancellation request via email to info@primaryplus.org along with the necessary payment and subscription details.

Primary Plus reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of misuse, fraudulent claims, or where the subscription has been substantially utilized.
